who's bad

A- huge expanding white head with a yellow tint to it like lemon pith is dense and nearly unmovable and i'm growing anxious waiting for her to settle. her body is a hazed golden amber with many tiny bubbles rising up the stange. i decided not to include too much of the yeast.

S- fruity sweet and crisp, and it somehow reminds me of the beach. aroma is of melon and pear becoming very floral with some bready and honey-like malt sweetness.

T- very fresh, but odd flavor. sweetness creeps up on me, almost starting dry and becoming honey sweet with an almost artificial sweetener flavor. there's about zero hop flavor and the balance is insanely one sided. there's a bit of tartness under there but the malt pretty much goes unchecked. finishes too sweet for me.

MF- creamy and soft with fine gentle carbonation. also pretty sticky. as far as the whole real ale deal goes, they hit a bullseye on the dart board of cask feel. just a step zestier than having a nitro widget.

D- i don't know about this one. i guess i was expecting it to be similar to a kolsch. looks nice, smells nice, feels nicer, but the flavor just doesn't do it for me.

Undated bottle at 50 degrees into snifter
Aroma faint, slightly fruity
Head small (2 cm), white, fizzy, quickly diminishing to 2 mm ring and partial layer
No lacing
Body medium yellow, hazy
Flavor begins with light malt, fading to a slight lactic sour ending. No alcohol, no hops, no diacetyl.
Palate light, watery, lively carbonation

This is a very refreshing blonde ale – the lively carbonation and the lactic sour finish offset the initial maltiness.

Very interesting beer. Poured from the bottle, hazy golden straw color, with huge thick white head. Perhaps the most carbonated beer I have seen. Aroma has a strong yeast, banana scent, very pleasant and fruity. The taste mirrors the scent. The feel in the mouth is very lively with all that carbonation. This is a unique, good beer.

A - pours a cloudy orangish golden color. White bubbly head of maybe 1 and a half fingers. Fades quickly to a faint ring. No lacing.

S - Noticeable sourness. Fruity, some apricot maybe strawberry. I don't detect any hop character.

T - Fruity again. Sweet and complex. Tart finish which fades to a malty aftertaste.

M - Light and bubbly. Doesn't really linger.

O - I really like this brew. I think that the sourness (from some stray yeasties, no doubt) really adds to the experience. Easily sessionable. I think I'll go have a couple more.

A azy gold-orange brew attempts to raise a light whitish head that looks a little thin but does have a bit of staying power. It leaves very light, thinnish lacing, but in reasonable quantity.
The aroma is somewhat dry and gently chalky with a light sweet note of white fruits. The yeast certainly does play an intriguing, unusual part in this beer.
The flavor is fruity, more a mixture than just pale flesh, with a firm pale malts base, not as dry as the aroma with some grains underneath.
There's a nip of crispness in a soft, light body with a surprisingly velvety texture. A bit more crispness, particularly since it's a lighter style, and it's an exceptional feel. It's very nice regardless.
