First of all, I cannot believe there is a resource like this five minutes from my sister's house. I always thought of the area as a dead area for beer. WHAT A SELECTION! I have rarely found a place like this in major cities, but to find one here in Cambelltown is incredible.
Incredible selection of Belgian brews, Craft brews from across the US. Some nice Imported European finds. All are nicely displayed on shelf opposite the deli counter.
Food and beer are worth coming as well. Had Mad Elf from Troeges with a roast beef sandwich. Not pricey. Served in proper brewery glass.
Service was propt and polite.
Parking is fine. You won't be looking for a parking spot all day.
I will come here again. FOR SURE.

On a trip to Hershey Park my wife and I stopped into Brass Rail Beverage to check out the local beer scene. The cashier there suggest we visit the deli to purchase single bottles of beer.
For a little deli they had an incredible selection of beers for sale. Six pack holders are at the beginning of the shelves to help you carry your bottles. About 1/3 of the beers are imports from Belgium, Germany and England. Hefeweizens, sours, and Trappist beers are all available. The rest of the beers are local and national brands, like Stone, Yards, Bells, Founders, etc. My wife and I spent about 15 minutes looking over the selection before we made any decisions on what to buy. We each picked up 5 beers and the cashier let us know that if we each get a sixth we could get a 25% discount. She didn't have to tell us twice!
In addition to the bottle selection there are 6 rotating draft lines for bottle fills.
Neither of us got anything to eat, but it smelled and looked delicious. The only negative comment I have is it was very warm and stuffy in the store. By the time we left we were glad to get out into the fresh air.
Brass Rail Deli is a great little shop with an incredible selection of single bottles and reasonable prices. If I'm ever in the area again I'm definitely going to be buying more beer here.
