I've been to JJJ numerous times and each time I leave wondering why I don't come here more often. Everything here is fresh and local. The food, beer, wine, and even most liquor is local. Top notch operation from the food to the informative and friendly staff. Only has six taps but all six are local. That's right, no Bud-Miller-Coors swill and no green bottle import garbage. Bartender says they rotate 11 local breweries into the 6 taps. This time they had Troegs (NugNect), Victory, Stoudts, Appalachian, Weyerbacher, and Straub. I guess the Straub, a local adjunct lager, is there to comfort the BMC drinkers. To me, having a selection of 100% local brew more than makes up for having a small tap list. Excellent place for a fine dining experience or for just a few pints of craft beer.

This is a hidden gem in Lancaster. Food, beer, and wine/cocktails are top notch. First of the food: everything is local and organic. The meats are local and so are the veggies. They have an ever changing menu that is untouched by any other restaurant in Lancaster.
Beer: They always feature super fresh craft beers. As of last night they had some nice ones on draft. 6 different rotating drafts. They had Victory Whirlwind, SN Ovila, Troegs Sunshine, Stoudts Smooth Hoperator, Straub Lager, ABC organic brown ale

Wine/Cocktails: the wine selection is great and changes often. The cocktails are amazing if thats your thing. They use super fresh organic herbs, juices, and such. They have super stuff that blows anything in the county away. They feature original cocktails the farmers cabinet try imitate.

Give JJJ a try if your in Lancaster, PA.

The atmoshpere at JJJ is stylish w/ lights made of metal that look like plants surrounding the bar. Colored light splashes against stone walls. Rustic wooden pillar and beams of unfinished wood at the bar. Cobra Taps covered in frost and light wood bar w/ gloss + grainy appearance. A warm color scheme & brick at the bar where select bottles are stored. There is an area for live music, a band played as I arrived just at the end of happy hour. There is attractive art adorning the walls.

Quality - Top notch fresh is the word at JJJ the food is creative and seasonal, the choices are tasty

Service is attentive, effecient and knowledgeable about the product they serve

Selection is average, but the taps are not crap - they carry local lagers and ales like: Swashbuckler, Stoudts, Troegs, Victory, Appalachian and Straub. The focus is on high end bourbon, liqueur and Scotch and they have a nice selection of wine and a few grappas to sample

I have had food at JJJ and it is just superb w/ plenty of interesting accents. The preparation is well executed w/ noticeable attention biven to presentation. A good example of the type of food to expect is the Bison Filet and duck rolls. I recommend Jon J Jeffries it is a relaxing and satisfying place to have some craft beer.
