Black-oxblood with steady tan film.
Brown sugar, coffee, and roast on the nose.
Coffee, dark toast, a speck of ash, and mocha ice cream.
Coffee creme finish and dry linger.
Thin, round, creamy.
Watery and weak - not much of a stout at all. But creamy, easy, and drinkable at the same time. A favorite in a group, without actually being good beer.

Appears almost pitch black or very dark brown.
It smells of caramel, oranges, toffee, nutty malts and a bit of raw alcohol.
It tastes initially of nutty malts. I get a bit of a toffee and caramel flavor there is a bit of a fruity and citrus flavor to the beer as well. There is a bit of a slight smoky flavor as well. I get a slight coffee taste to the beer the beer finishes with a small amount of bitterness.
The carbonation is moderate low. There is creaminess to the beer.
The drinkability is ok. I could drink a few glasses of this but I am not driven to drink more of this.
This is not a ground breaking porter but it is quite pleasant. Worth trying. Though I guess it is retired so I don't think you can try it.
