From the bottle into correct glassware at De Gaqrre in Bruges.
Pours a semi clear reddish orange, with fine foam.
Smell is earthy with notes of strawberry jam and, oddly, esperagus.
Taste is a bit sweet and tart, with soft strawberries and that hint of esperagus again. Very light and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is thin and bubbly.
Overall, a good palate cleanser, but not a terribly exciting beer.

Pours a mostly clear coppery amber color with minimal white head that dissipates quickly. Sweet strawberry, vanilla, light acidic tones, and a hint of oak on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes with sweetness from the strawberries.

Amber-coppe colouor, the foam fills the glass everywhere, but fades quickly to a small head with a great lace. Aroma is acid, strawberries, vanilla, grapes and traces of chocolate. medium to full body, thick palate and average carbonation. Taste of strawberries, chocolate, vanilla, sherry.

Aroma: smells nothing like strawberries, really smells like a fruity ketchup.
Appearance: two tone appearance, 1 finger murky brown on top, the increasingly darker Hughes of red towards the bottom.
Flavor: green apples, raspberry, strawberry, tart. Tastes like a cider flavored with strawberry fruit.
Mouthfeel: very light with very little carbonation.
Overall: if a light bodied, low alcohol fruity beverage is your thing, this one may be for you. I personally expect more from a Belgian sour so I find it to be very underwhelming.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy slightly rosy (when poured) amber with an off-white head. Definite scent of Strawberry in the nose and a bit of sweet, maybe strawberry-like, and also sour taste in the mouth. Interesting take on a Lambic.
