Visited 6/21/13 while staying down the street on a golf visit.
Pretty typical of all the Lee's outposts, this certainly does a brisk business from Utah sinners as evidenced by the license plates in the parking lot. Not the biggest craft beer selection, but obviously well selected, the usual suspects and some hard to find brews from Tap It, Fort Collins and most of the NV breweries. Help was non-intrusive. Very competitive prices. When you are in the middle of nowhere aka Mesquite, this place will do quite nicely. Worth a visit if you are stuck, err, in the area.

This place fit the bill nicely for stocking up on boozy supplies as I made my way from Las Vegas to the canyon country of southern Utah. Its a big and clean store with an extensive selection of wines and spirits and the non-beercentric members of my group were also very satisfied.
The beer is kept in a series of coolers along the back wall. There's a fairly good selection which includes the standard BMC offerings, a decent array of European stuff (no surprises here) and plenty of uinta, firestone walker, deschutes, new belgium, squatters, knee deep...bigger players like stone and rogue are here in force.
A few negatives-no singles except larger format bottles; no breaking up sixers. Some of the IPAs were out of date so you'll want to check for dates. And when I asked an employee if what was in the coolers was all the beer they had he said it was. I was almost ready to leave when I stumbled on a whole aisle along the back side wall of the store that held a variety of bombers and 750s. That was pretty odd....
Big positive was a young and very enthusiastic beer geek employee who found me after a while and made recommendations, pointed out interesting stuff I had missed and generally shot the shit with me about his love of craft. Yes he did try to sell me a tenaya creek Ipa that was on the old side but I wont hold that against him..after all this is the middle of nowhere and I was able to find a great variety of craft offerings and tiny locals.
Also the prices are very good on just about everything. A mixed new Belgium 12 pack was something like 11.99!

If you live in Southern Utah this is your premiere alcohol location (illegal, yes, but you've got to get your fix somewhere). This place has a pretty great selection of beer, wine and liquor. It is always clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They carry all of the regulars (domestic) along with plenty of micros, seasonals and even some hard to find beers.
I have not yet tried the bar, but overall with the store I have been very pleased with this location and I am happy to have it located only 45 minutes away from St. George, Utah. Although it's a long drive out there, the selection and prices are well worth it. If you're ever in the area stop by, you will be pleasantly rewarded.

This is by far my favorite of the Lee's stores. The store itself is spacious, and very clean. My impression is that this is a relatively new store. There's a very good selection of beer and while I know nothing about wine, it appears that there is a large variety of options there too.
They've also got a lot of home bar supplies such as glassware, cocktail gear, and etc.
And most unusual for Lee's, the help is friendly and helpful.
I also must mention this location also has a restaurant/pub with very good food and a decent selection of bottled beers available.
