Took the trek out there a couple of times now...
simply ? worth it. Easily worth the 40min-ish drive from Edison.
Atmosphere ? cozy corner/neighborhood bar type, you could drive right by it. The interior is clean and pretty small (not a complaint), probably about 12 seats at the bar and a few tables in the body of the place.
Excellent beer selection and they are into their beers (especially Weyerbacher). Last night I had (on tap) Hop Wallop, Great Divide Oak Aged Yeti (holy wow), Long Trail Coffee Stout and my buddy had DFH Fort, Riverhorse Oatmeal Stout, Flying Fish Dubbel, and Victory St. Victorious ($5 a pint!).
The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, the crowd is also friendly. Really a nice relaxed place to enjoy some great brews. You can bring in food (or have it delivered). The basic amenities are 2 large flat screen TVs and one by the tables that has a N64 hooked up to it.. nothing like rockin it to mario kart 64 while downing a quality beverage.
Considering the excellent beer we downed our bill was very reasonable.
