Cloudy light yellow color with a decent head that stayed through the sample.
Light banana and clove smell to this one. The second best beer I tasted at this brewery.
It is a little thin in mouthfeel and has a lemon rind aftertaste that is kind of refreshing.
If you stop by this brewery, give this one a try.

8 oz tap pour at Water Street Brewery into an American Tumbler.
A - Very, very hazy golden straw yellow. Thick white head with low retention and bits of lacing, Weak for a weiss.
S - Strong yeast aroma complimented by a hint of spicing and banana. Strong wheaty background. Solid aroma but not as complex or deep as a weiss could be/should be.
T -Overly yeasty as the aroma suggest but features a decent banana and spice. A bit of earthy clay too. Heavy wheat flavor in the background. It's not as deep as a weiss could be but it's on the right track taste-wise.
M - Light-medium bodied and somewhat refreshing. Smooth with a good level of carbonation.
D - Decent but that's about it. Nothing special but nothing bad. Solid drinkability that's easy-going.

A - Poured a somewhat cloudy, golden-yellow color with a small, thin, white head of foam. It left little to no lace.
S - It smelled of clove, banana and wheat. There was a grainy aroma, too.
T - It tasted of sweet wheat with some spicy yeast and clove. The banana flavor was very faint.
M - It was fairly crisp and sharp. A light bodied ale that finishes dry.
D - This is an okay attempt at a hefe. It doesn't quite deliver like an authentic bavarian weiss.

had this in the ubiquitous plastic cup at summerfest, and i was kicking myself that i forgot to tell the bartender no lemon. the lemon ruined whatever this beer was for me, hence the somewhat lower scores. looked nice, your typical weiss appearance of bright, hazy straw with a nice white head. smell was dominated by the lemon. taste was dominated by the sour lemon. mouthfeel was thin and puckering mostly due to the lemon. would be a decent summer session beer probably without the lemon. did i mention i don't like fucking lemons in weiss beer?

On tap at the Water Street Pavilion at Summerfest. Appears an unfiltered golden in color with a creamy white cap that remains throughout consumption. Medium-bodied and very creamy mouthfeel. Aroma consists of bananas and a hint of cloves. Initial taste reminds me of banana creme pie. Deliciously smooth! Hints of vanilla and yeast in the flavor add depth to the wheat malt. Hop presence is very light. This was a great Weiss beer to enjoy on a perfect summer day down by the lakefront listening to one a many bands that perform during Summerfest. A "must-try" for any weiss beer lover.

A - pours a hazy yellow with nice head
S - the nose is a little weak with some clovy spiciness
T - the taste follows the nose...there are some spicy cloves with some nice banana flavors on the back endm
M - heavily carbonated with a medium body
D - this was an all right Weiss beer. Good flavor that was true to the styale, albeit it could have had a stronger nose and palate. Overall a very run of the mill hefeweizen.

This beer came off tap a hazy yellow color with no head. The nose was odd. Very grainey and peppery, but no banana and cream as I would expect for a hefe. The flavor was very much what the nost told me. Grains with a touch of lemony sweetness, but not a real good beer. The feel was very much on the thin side of moderate, lacking the creamy texture I wanted. Overall I was not impressed with this beer at all. A big thumbs down fom me.

Had this at the water street brewpub in Delafield on my way back from a brewers game. Overall not terrible, but certainly lacking. The smell and taste had hints of cloves, bananas, etc but only hints. The appearance was a hazy and golden, had a decent head on it. Nothing offensive, but nothing to write home about. Just kinda a dud. Oh yean and the bartender threw a lemon in mine too. Gross.

I was hardly blown away by this beer, but it seemed to meet the requirements for a not-bad hefeweizen - it was a cloudy dark yellow color, it was heavily spiced (coriander/clove) with some minor backing notes of fruitiness, it had a substantial head, and it was pretty drinkable. Appearance was not bad, although I wish it was served in a beer-clean glass (had it on-tap at a Trattoria at Oakland & Locust in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee), although as I noted above the head was a bit strange looking, like merange on a lemon pie. Aroma was definitely hefeweizen-like, with spice dominating. Flavor was very light with more spice and some acidic character. Minimal fruitiness. This beer was fairly drinkable, and not bad, but hardly among my favorites.
Nonetheless, I would weakly recommend this beer.
