Atmosphere - fairly dark and quiet. Sat at the bar, so can't speak to the dining area.
Quality - the Himalayan and West Coast Glutton were enjoyable.
Service - pretty sure the owners high school family member was behind the bar. Nice kid, but not much to talk to.
Selection - enjoyed the IPAs and would like to try the saisons and the chai stout another time.
Food - not much of an Indian food fan, but what I had was pretty good.
Value - considered getting a growler of the DIPA, but just a bit too pricey considering the overall quality.

The Yak and Yeti was a bit of a surprise for me. I was expecting a much smaller less robust restaurant. Have no mistake you will be selecting from a large menu, and I believe about 12 draft options.
I had a great meal with 5 different beers. The food was delicious, and I'll definitely be bringing my wife & kids back sometime to eat. Prices were fair but a bit higher than I assumed. I ate at the bar and didn't take the time to check out the rest of the establishment.
I learned the brewer here also does some beers for Colorado + to south just off Wadsworth. The standouts for me were the Himalayan IPA and the Chai Milk Stout. I do want to return and try all of their brews, as what I did taste was fair to great.

Indian buffet is great with classic Northern and Southern indian options (vegetarian or meat). The beer is solid with options for everyone - light, fruity beers, chai stout, hop heavy IPAs. Bar area is tight and ordering a drink can sometimes be a trial in patience. That said, wait staff is friendly when you get their attention.

Going Down Hill
The restaurant was so hot I could barley stand it! I saw an air condition unit outside that they weren't using. I get the feeling that this place cuts corners every where. The beer tasted like it was brewed on a budget. I am very familiar with their steam brew system, which can brew perfect beers, from back in the day it was the Cheshire Cat Brew Pub, but they also started cutting corners near the end. It must just be a bad location. They did have an award winning brewer who went on to bigger and better things. Since than they are mediocre.
The service has an Indian slave labor feel! The bar tender did not give me the time of day and seemed condescending.
The food was great for the money, but curry, heat, and alcohol don't mix well.
The beer ranged from slop to phenomenal, so maybe worth a visit on a cool day.
