You have never felt more Alive! A lineup of domestic malts, hops and yeast make a malty beer with a big hop finish and great drinkability. Picture Abraham Lincoln eating a hot dog filled with apple pie filling while watching a baseball game to get an idea of the pure Americana we are pouring. Do NOT tread on US! Our version of the American Pale Ale is medium bodied and copper colored. As per style, the flavor and aroma is centered around the citrusy and pine character of American hops with caramel-like malt flavors and fruity esters from the ale yeast playing a supporting role.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy orange with fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of piney hops, grain , bready malt and ripe fruit. Body is medium and crisp. Herbal, citrusy hops , ripe apples and bready malt combine on the palate. Finish is long and hoppy. Good brew.

A copper colored APA that is a bit bland and uninteresting. No flaws, as such, but nothing to make it stand out from the crowd of APAs either. As with all the beers I tried on tap at the brewhouse, the carbonation and head seemed weak for the style.

at tap at brew pub.
Copper color and hazy, as expected. Off-white head has poor retention but leaves some lacing.
The aroma is quite subtle, but fruity and malty. This has a much stronger flavor (3.75) than the aroma suggests, with a good hop load not obvious in the smell. The hops provide a hoppy finish and lasting, moderately bitter, aftertaste.
Medium-light body; a tad under-carbonated.
O: disappointing appearance (especially head) and aroma, but ultimately a decent APA.
