A: Dark copper color with half inch white head.

S: Biscuit malts are present with strong hop aroma.

T: Excellent IPA. Hop flavor and bitterness comes through well but does not over take the entire taste. There is a hint small hint of citrus. The finish is dry.

M: Slightly heavy but easily tolerated.

D: Very drinkable for an IPA. Bitterness is very appropriate. (370 characters)

Appearance: Hazy, pale copper body with a smallish, white head.

Smell: Fragrantly floral, spicy nose with notes of fruity apricot and lightly biscuity malts.

Taste: Flash of dry, biscuity malts across the tongue along with a fairly subdued sweetness. Hop flavors of spice, flowers, and even citrus accompany a medium-high bitterness. It's just a tiny bit soapy. Finishes appropriately dry and bitter.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.

Drinkability: A solid India Pale Ale that paired nicely with the hustle and bustle of the recently opened Terminal Brewhouse. (584 characters)
