Stopped for lunch here while driving through town. Beautiful old building which they totally restored, they did a nice job. I sat at the bar and had great service, then again there was only me at the bar for most of my lunch.

Excellent menu with typical brewpub food plus some very interesting dishes. Had a stuffed portabella cap with braised cabbage and green been casserole. It was awesome.

I started with the Maibock, it was quite delicious, really enjoyed it. Then had the IPA, very good as well, nice enough for me to buy a growler of it to go.

All in all a nice lunch at a nice place. Worth the stop.

Just happened upon this place while passing through and getting a room at the Choo-Choo hotel a block away. The service was excellent and the beers good as well. Nice vegetarian options on the menu which was a nice surprise. Would definitely go back here if ever in the area again.

Had a sampler of their beers. They were all good beers. I am not a big fan of Scottish ales but theirs is not overly malty. The Maibock and Witbier were also good. My favorite was the Magnum P.A. (think Magnum P.l.). While I don't like all Cascadian Dark Ales(Black IPA), theirs is dark without being real roasty. A nice balance of hops. The Oatmeal stout is roasty for the style but very well done.

The John Deereman lunch plate was a nice combination of cheeses, fruits (strawberry, apple, grapes), meat(italian sausage, pepperoni), stuffed pepperocinis, and crackers/bread. It was all I needed for a meal.
The server (Leslie) was very friendly and helplful for a first time visitor to Chattanooga.

My daughter plays travel softball and fortunately for me Chattanooga hosts several tournaments each summer and I get to go to Terminal Brewhouse. The building has a lot of history. It was a train terminal as well as a house of ill repute. The menue is one of the best in the downtown area. We enjoy the stuffed sandwiches that are huge and well worth the below $10 price. They have a good selection of the beer that they brew. My favorite is the Magnum P.A. I always get a growler or 2 to go while I am there.

My favorite little brewpub in Chattanooga. A multistory building, with each level being a kind of balcony looking down onto the shiny brass brew kettles, it has a lot of class without being snooty. Their selection of beers changes seasonally, but I haven't found a terrible one yet. They also offer growlers now too! Their food is not to the level of gastropub yet, but still a step or two above the normal sports bar fare. Prices are about what I would expect to pay in a college town, fairly reasonable, especially for the quality. Lots of history in this building, and well worth checking out.
