Appears a bright firey orange with nice white head that retains nicely. Nose is fruity up front followed by pepper flesh, a hint of green apple, and mild hops. Taste starts with mild chili heat followed by some fruity esters and some mellow hops. No heat from the chili. Mouthfeel is well carbonated and medium body. Overall, the flavors are kind of muted and there just isn't much going on in this beer.

22 ounce bottle, best enjoyed by November 2014. Served in a goblet, the beer pours a mostly clear orange/amber color with a half inch off-white creamy head. Head retention is good, and there's a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like green peppers, apricots, oranges, wood/cedar and some cherries. The taste is similar to the aroma, but the peppery heat is noticeable (but not strong). There's also some bready malt and herbal flavors in there, too. There's also a lingering bitter finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and has moderate carbonation. I liked this, there's just enough heat to make this interesting. $8.99 a bomber.

Pours dirty brass with a small white head and plenty of lacing.
Smell is disappointing. Booze and earth being the most prominent. Light citrus hops and crackers.
Chilies are finally here! Red chili and dark chocolate followed by faint citrus hop. Finishes bitter.
It's not bad, just not that great. A little one-note, though that note is chili and that note is good.A bit more roasted malt or a bit more hop would've went a long way.
