A nice golden color with a slight haze that lets you know this beer is alive. Big head from the high carbonmation, but it is not as dense as I would like to see and falls very fast.

Refreshing fruity aroma with a lot of sweet malt mixed in. Just a touch of spcyness, but is minor compared to the full fruit and malt. Fruit is slightly citrusy with apply and berry notes. Not as stongly aromatic as some, but what is there is nice and complex with a good balance.

A refreshingly light and slightly acidic flacor. Very fruity flavor with a nice malt presence. Flavor is simple for a trippel but nice. Alcohol is appropriate and adds to complexity without being high enough to distract or knock the beer of balance. A reall nice peppery flavor in the finish. A sligh bitterness in the finish and a lingering resiny hop flavor, that add a nice refreshing quality and complexity to this beer. Malt flavor lingers on the tongue but is overpowered a bit more then I like by the resiny hop flavor. Carbonation is perfect.

A nice trippel, a bit simplier then some of my favorites, but very drinkable and refresxhing.

Trippel pours a clear golden color with a nice long lasting lacing head. There is a a rich and spicy aroma, hints of coriander, lots of alcohol. The taste is very crisp, good noticeable amount of spices, hints of orange, good malt backbone. Nice flavors, a tad bit weak. Overall its not as rich as other trippels but has a very nice crisp fruity flavor.
