Pours golden, clear with a large, long-lasting head. Lots of lace.
Scent is of yeast, cloves, a bit fruity.
Tastes like yeast initially, moves into fruit, spice, finishes with a quick alcohol hit.
Dry finish but sweet in the middle.
Nice overall. Looks are deceiving and all aspects are better than you would expect.

Poured into a 16oz Tulip Wine Glass

Appearance - Dark Yellow with a fair amount of haze and modest amounts of carbonation. Head pours a foamy 2 finger width head that slowly dies down. Lacing is pretty good here as well, leaving some sticky traces along the sides.

Smell - Very yeasty smelling with some surprisingly lemon, banana, & grassy smells. I can also smell a slight spicy/pepper tinge, almost like a Saison ale, but not quite.

Taste - Lemons, cloves and bananas are the big flavors here. There is alot of maltiness in here as well, and it gives it a very tasty dimension to the flavor. To top it all off, it tastes fairly sweet as well! The flavor is more Saison than anything else but still tastes wonderful!

Mouthfeel - This is a pretty smooth beer! It's light in body, and the carbonation isn't too intense either! It's also got a very creamy feel to it as well. Overall, it's an easy drinking beer which is impressive it's rather rich and complex flavor

Overall - As stated earlier, this tastes more like a Saison than a Trippel, but it still tastes incredibly good! It tastes great and it's easy to drink. Highly recommended to anyone whose a craft beer lover!
