Served on-tap
A — Pours a clear and vibrant pale yellow color into the glass. A nice white colored head forms slowly on top and leaves behind a solid trail of lace.
S — Smell is fresh and vibrant, a bit zesty and tart like the smell of lemon rind or lime peel. Some pineapple tropicality. A bit of a dank herbaceousness on it too.
T — Tropical, juicy, tangy, lightly tart, pretty darn good.
M — Medium bodied, prickly light carbonation.
O — Quite nice overall, this is a bit like Progenitor sans the Brett, a nice IPA with a balancing tart Lacto addition.

Love this style of sour. Not too sour or puckering, the hops come through quite nicely. Such balance. I would crush this all summer long if I could get it.
