Bartender offered a slice of lemon or lime to go along with the beer, but passed. I don't think it would have made a difference.
Appearance - Bright yellow, little to no head, but plenty of fizzy carbonation bubbles.
Smell - Citrus smell, like a lemon grass.
Taste - Light lemon. Not bitter and the opposite of what I expected from a wheat ale. Simple.
Mouthfeel - Very light, almost like a flavored water.
Drinkability - Refreshing. I might have it again at the restaurant I was eating at since it does little to impact the flavor of the food. However, I'm pretty confident that I won't go out and buy this one for home, unless it's to please a "lightweight" guest.

12oz bottle. Pale golden pour with a small foamy white head. Barely there wheat ale, overly tangy and tart. relatively cooling on a hot day, but not much else to say.

Poured from a 12oz Bottle: It poured a light straw gold/yellow color with a foamy white head at about a finger that quickly fades. Medium amount of carbonation, and very minimal lacing. Immediately notes of wheat, orange, coriander, and a very minute hint of hops are present after pouring and the taste follows the nose. This particular Pale Wheat Ale is light and smooth, sorta like a water, but with a burst of wheat/orange/peppery/coriander flavor. Similar to a wit bier, like. a Blue moon, but lighter, with toned down flavor, which makes for a sessionable beer at 4.8% ABV. Overall this isn't a bad Pale Wheat Ale. If you happen to have the opportunity to try it, I'd give it a shot.

This is a wheat beer only using the loosest definition. The smell, taste and mouthfeel all seem more like a summer ale. That little misappropriation threw me but once I had a few tastes it grew on me for what it was.
Would probably buy as a single when the weather was warm and I was craving something refreshing.

12 oz. bottle - Enjoy by 29 Sep 19:
Pours light golden yellow with a large foamy head. Lacing sticks.
The smell is of wheat tang - hint of orange peel and coriander.
The taste is of light wheat malt. Sweet touch with a hint of orange. Coriander touch in the finish.
It has a creamy, light, refreshing body. Easy to drink.
As a witbier (which it makes an attempt at being), it is pretty lame/mild, though inoffensive. Rated it as a basic American Pale Wheat, which it fits in decently enough. Nothing special at all, but for a basic American Pale Wheat ale with a Belgian Witbier touch, it has a nice enough character. A decent easy-drinking wheat brew.

Pours a copper color with a small but nicely lacing head. Light and crisp aroma, odd fruit aromas. Light wheat flavors, lots of coriander, a bit too much. Nice feel. Overall weak on the wheat and heavy on the spice.
