A: Dark red brown color, surprisingly translucent, with a light tan head that looks very nice and sticks around a while, leaving a decent lacing on the glass.
S: Banana and spice are immediately apparent. sweet, but not in a way that makes me want to gag. We're off to a good start here!
T: Once again, banana and spice are the two things that jump out at me. A little bit of clove maybe? I like it, whatever it is, and overall, this is both complex and pleasant on a base level. At the back-end of this thing, there's our old friend, alcohol dropping in for a little meet and greet. It's got a good, tasty, but not overwhelming sweetness. There aren't a lot of apparent hops in the taste here, and while that's something I generally frown upon, it works for this one.
M: Nice and smooth. Medium body, dry going down, but with a syrupy finish.
D: This beer is delicious and quite drinkable. I'd definitely recommend it.
