Pours a thick and heavy Cola-colored body. Off-white, 3 finger head(even with a tilted glass) and good retention. Packed plenty of lacing for the whole summer.
S- Dark fruits, caramel, biscuit, toffee, roasted malts and a microscopic hint of hops.
T- Follows close to the smell. A coat of dark fruits and roasted malts up front, then the biscuity/bready finish blends it well all while hiding the alcohol. Rich, warm and inviting tones of toffee and dark chocolate add to the style.
M- Full bodied, creamy mouthfeel reminds me of a shake. Packs a small amount of carbonation, too.
This one caught me off guard. Drinks like a thick, creamy milkshake and tastes like the dark fruits and biscuit which you expect from a Fat Tire. I found a new friend.
