A: Fizzy off the pour, but very little head sticks around. Dark brown color with some ruby in the light.
S: A little funky with some sour candy smell, dark fruit, and maybe some winey notes.
T: Has a nice sour punch, but certainly not too overpowering by my taste. Caramelly malt, cherry-lemon sour candy, some funky flavors, and maybe just a hint of wood.
M: Medium-light body and has slightly tingling carbonation with this etched glass.
O: A delicious first sour experience and a really good beer.

Served on tap in a 11oz. goblet.
A- Deep garnet with a light toffee head, good degree of clarity.
S- Sour apple, light vinegar, some oak, maybe a bit of spice and vanilla.
T- More sour apple than anything, then some light vinegar, some oak, finishes dry. Not as complex as Le Terrior IMO.
M- Medium a bit more carbonation then I was expecting.
O- A great American version of the style and one of the best beers I've had from New Belgium. Definitely give this one a try.
