22oz bottle poured into a 33cl tulip. 2012 vintage
A- Has a nice reddish-brown, transparent appearance. A heavy pour generates a two and a half finger head. It moves at a steady pace two a thin lacing around the glass.
S- Sour apple, pear mixed with tart date and funk. Slight amount of oak and raisin towards the end. Some apple cider vinegar and green grapes as well. Nice and smooth, leaving you salivating.
T- Sour apple, cranberry, date, pear and sour patch kids. The oak is present in the form of a dry chardonnay finish. Lots of wild funky goodness. I do pick up some green grape and crab apple. Love this beer!!!
M- Good carbonation, great feel and leaves you wanting more. Lots of mouth watering goodness, the perfect palate cleanser.
O- I have enjoyed this beer for years and I will continue to do so. Enough said :).... o yea one of New Belgium's best... I'm done.
