Reviewed from notes. Poured from bomber into pint glass (all I had with me at the time).
A: Pours a rich brown Coca-cola color and is relatively opaque. Some head forms, but not much visible carbonation.
S: Wonderful complex, sour aroma. Some fruitiness that I can't better describe.
T: Sour, fruity, tart cherries. Is somewhat mouth-puckering. There is a bit of a malt presence there also.
M: Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation. Tart, dry finish.
O: Holy cow, this is an excellent sour beer. Would love to have this as a regular!
EDIT: I've pondered each of my individual aspect ratings for a bit here, and I can't change any of them in good conscience. However, my overall impression & personal preference for this beer exceeds the numerical rating it ends up getting from me.
