Christ this was a good beer. On tap at the map room.
Mahagony colored bricking with a hardly off white head that fades quickly into a foamy topper. Nece retention however.
Great nose of fresh raspberry tart cherry, hints of oak, earthy mushroomy presence, bits of milk chocolate even with a funky backside and more fruits. Red currant maybe?
Thick with tart cherry, raspberry, and mouth puckering red fruits. Very tart and drying with good amount of acidity to back it up. Oak shows through nicely adding a layer of complexity. Great earthyness and sour components. Is this from Flanders?
Serving type: on-tap
