Golden orange in door with a decent whte head. Not too sticky, but the look is pretty good. Aroma includes notes of green apple, bubble gum, and pale malt sweetness.
Le Terroir is a really good wild ale. The sourness is assertive with notes of apple, lemon, and cherry. It is sweet, but balanced by a slightly peppery or herbal hop bitterness. Sour is definitely the leader, but it is balanced all around.
Light, assertive carbonation, but not enough to squash the lovely flavor emanating from those Brett bugs. Fantastic.

On tap at the Malt and Vine.
A - Glows a gorgeous deep apricot. Snow white foam piled on top. Feeling optimistic.
S - Fruitiness of stone fruits: apricot and peach. Sourness of passion fruit. Grapefruit notes from citra hops. Crisp, and the aromas mix wonderfully.
T - Pleasantly tart up front backed by juicy passion fruit and wooded funk. The hops come on the finish bringing the grapefruit from the nose. I was sceptical about the dry-hopping but it really adds an added level of interest and complexity. This is very crisp and refreshing. Delicious.
M - Medium-bodied. Juicy, woody and dry. Compliments the flavour.
O - This beer really surprised me. I didn't think I was going to like the dry-hopping but I did find it elevated the experience. I would have liked a little more wood and funk but, taken as it is, it's a very clean and refreshing beer.
