A deep golden orange with a bright 1 finger head. Looks nice.
S hops and some mild funky sweetness
T nice strong funk bitterness right at the front then funky grape bitterness in the middle with a sweet finish. Would be nice if the aftertaste hung on a little longer. Really good tasting beer
M very good. Nice carbonation. Some of these sours are way over carbonated for me but this is pretty much just right.
O a very enjoyable beer. Not overly sour but there are some really nice flavors here.

On tap at the Malt and Vine.
A - Glows a gorgeous deep apricot. Snow white foam piled on top. Feeling optimistic.
S - Fruitiness of stone fruits: apricot and peach. Sourness of passion fruit. Grapefruit notes from citra hops. Crisp, and the aromas mix wonderfully.
T - Pleasantly tart up front backed by juicy passion fruit and wooded funk. The hops come on the finish bringing the grapefruit from the nose. I was sceptical about the dry-hopping but it really adds an added level of interest and complexity. This is very crisp and refreshing. Delicious.
M - Medium-bodied. Juicy, woody and dry. Compliments the flavour.
O - This beer really surprised me. I didn't think I was going to like the dry-hopping but I did find it elevated the experience. I would have liked a little more wood and funk but, taken as it is, it's a very clean and refreshing beer.
