Bottle split with 2 other people. Bottle says its 7.5% ABV. Poured into Tulip:

A - Pours a nice, rich golden color with a finger width head of white foam. Foam dies somewhat quickly into light foam ring around the edges with murky, cloudy foam in the middle. Lacing is decent, but kind of light.

S - Nice fuck, fruity aroma. Great lemon, lime and tart grapefruit zest. Other smells of orange peel and a bit of pineapple, green apple and some sort of cranberries. Pretty sour smelling.

T - Wow! A nice sour pucker! Its really tart at first but then the hops come in a bit in the end to slightly mellow out the brew. Up front flavors of funk, green apple, sour cherries, lemon, lime, and pineapple. The tartness lingers for a while. Tastes pretty refreshing.

M - Pretty well carbonated. The zest and funkiness really provide a tart and jaw clenching profile thats pretty nice. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

D - Really easy to drink. A nice sour, refreshing drink. I bought a few of these hoping to cellar them, but I curious how the dry hopping will be affected if I let it age...but damn fine brew and a treat to drink anytime.

On tap at the Malt and Vine.

A - Glows a gorgeous deep apricot. Snow white foam piled on top. Feeling optimistic.

S - Fruitiness of stone fruits: apricot and peach. Sourness of passion fruit. Grapefruit notes from citra hops. Crisp, and the aromas mix wonderfully.

T - Pleasantly tart up front backed by juicy passion fruit and wooded funk. The hops come on the finish bringing the grapefruit from the nose. I was sceptical about the dry-hopping but it really adds an added level of interest and complexity. This is very crisp and refreshing. Delicious.

M - Medium-bodied. Juicy, woody and dry. Compliments the flavour.

O - This beer really surprised me. I didn't think I was going to like the dry-hopping but I did find it elevated the experience. I would have liked a little more wood and funk but, taken as it is, it's a very clean and refreshing beer.
