A: Pours a somewhat hazy orange/brown with a decent white head
S: Has a tart funkiness to it, but also some oak and a hint of vinegar, not really getting much of the hops as others had described - if they're there, they're definitely taking a back seat to the other smells
T: The sourness definitely stands out most in this beer, especially up front, with a bit of vinegar as well; there's definitely some citrus hoppiness on the back end though - it's subtle, but it actually works really well with the other flavors, very different finish from any wild ale I've ever had which makes this one stand out
M: I love the mouthfeel, it's got a lot more body than most sours and really coats your mouth
O: This is probably the best of all of the New Belgium wild ales I've had and definitely unique among wild ales in general. I was worried that the dry hopping would create a weird IPA/wild ale hybrid that didn't seem at all appealing, but the wild ale characteristics definitely stand out most prominently with the hops hanging in the background and integrating themselves in very well.
