Plenty of thick foamy head on this pour. Perfect golden color and clarity. Wet foamy lacing eventually gives up after hanging on the glass.
Mildly fishy yeast and wild flower aroma.
The crisp, light, (pale pils) malt and fresh hops are perfectly balanced.
A good pale dry finish. There must be a splash of dark crystal malt in there.
A winter ale? I don't see how. More like a hoppy belgian blonde, IMHO.
