Deep amber with a fluffy, soft head resting atop. Smell is a mix of spicy and sweet malts along with an earthy hop. Not too bad. Taste is a little rough around the edges. An off kilter blend of spiced malts that mix with the sweetness of caramel and other malts. A somewhat chalky dry hop presence at times that doesn't make a smooth transition toward the finish. Not a bad feel to it aside from a dryness that is a little much in the end. Fairly easy to drink but not as well put together as could be.
Another thank you to flexabull for the chance to try this via Secret Santa.
