A-Pale straw yellow with starchy white haze. Head was crisp and snow white with very little staying power. Light lacing.
S-Moderately flower and spicy with notes of heather and lavender. There also seemed to be a touch of DMS (canned corn) that becomes mistakable for late-addition clover honey.
T-A bit subdued and weak. Spices, wheat, and hops are all shy and the beer blends into an average stab at a wit. Although the body is thin, as it should be, the flavors are missing for me.
M-Nice carbonation and body texture. A slightly sharp acidity with a creamy finish allows this to be easily enjoyed and self-exposing.
D-Easy to drink? Sure. Just doesnt have the flavor profile that I enjoy in a nice Witbier. Organic gives it a bit of a plus in my book, but still a bit weak over the board.
