Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pint glass.
A - Very light, pale yellow with a white, one-quarter inch head that leaves a good amount of lacing. Cloudy appearance as expected from a wit.
S - Pleasant aroma of coriander, yeast, and pepper.
T - Bready malts and yeast up front, followed by a nice amount of coriander and a small touch of lemon zest. Low hop bitterness. The malt and belgian yeast dominate with a good balance of spices. Not overly impressive or original, but well representative of a witbier.
M - Bubbly carbonation and a medium body with a dry finish. Very crisp and thirst quenching.
O - Again, a solid brew from New Belgium. As mentioned, nothing groundbreaking, but I would definitely have this beer again, especially on a warm, summer afternoon.
