Pale dark yellow/gold color, some haziness throughout it. Belgian yeast floating around maybe? I dunno, I think all yeast looks similar probably. Minimal head, but good lacing.
Some mild bready notes and fractional amount of lemon to it. Pretty muted aroma wise.
Taste had a bitter and lemony edge, mildly tart, well carbonated. Light body. Has a slight woody presence to it. Didn't come across as hoppy at any point of the tasting experience. Some sweetness to it. Not exactly a flavor bomb, body stays kinda thin throughout, but the bitterness never dies. Some herbal aspect of the beer paired with a soft malt profile.
Just interesting enough. Not gonna go looking for it, but its not a bad beer. Probably meant for drinking in the month of April and May.
