Appearance: The pour is a cloudy straw color with a finger of wispy white foam.
Smell: The nose is herbal, grainy, and earthy with notes of lemon grass and pepper.
Taste: The flavor profile is dominated by pale malts. Lemons enter just before the mid-palate, giving way to an earthy, herbal, grassy component followed by white pepper and clove and a hint of Belgian yeast at the finish.
Mouthfeel: The beer is light to medium-bodied and it's refreshingly wet with a dry finish and plenty of carbonation.
Drinkability: This beer is above average and crisp, but it doesn't do enough for me to want to drink more.
