Poured from a 22oz bottle into my Troegs Mad Elf tulip glass. Pours a very clear bronze like color-slight orange and slight amber. A small finger size creamy white head rises and dissipates in about a minutes...but remains as a surface of fizz, remaining a tad thicker around the outside ring. Appearance is very clear with some fizz bubbles rising constantly.
Aroma is interesting. It's well on the "wild ale" or sour side...but almost artificial. I don't know if I'm explaining it correctly. Regardless, notes of funk and tart...peach, citrus, and plastic.
Flavor is ok. This isn't as good as I was hoping...but not complete let down. The sourness is strong, but a tad vinegar like. Has a strange concentrated Peach juice taste, if there is such a thing. The peaches are noticeable...as well as the high carbonation, and slight funk in the back and finish. Some say this is their favorite in the "Lips of Faith" series. I would have to disagree personally. Although I am enjoying it.
