Thanks to pokesbeerdude for this beer in a trade!
A: Pours a clear, golden brown with a one finger white head, that disappears quickly.
S: Node starts off slightly bretty, then moves to tart and sweet peaches. There are other fruits in there, I even want to day sweet cherries. Also picking up some oak.
T: The brett character is a bit subdued. The sour fruits are the same as in the nose, but are more sweet than sour on the tongue. Getting a bit of leather and oak at the back end. A friend even said this "tastes like skittles".
M: The carbonation is lower than I'd like, but there is a nice creaminess to this beer. Lighter bodied.
D: I could drink this beer all summer. This beer is a bit less sour than I'd like, but I'm excited to see what my other bottle tastes like with 8-12 months in the cellar!
