A: Hoptober was a golden yellow color. The head was just barely off-white, thick, and left plenty of lacing.
S: I mainly smelled citrusy hops and some malt; it was fairly balanced for the aromas.
T: The beer tasted mainly of equal parts citrus hops and roasted malt. The taste was clean and well-proportioned.
M: Hoptober seemed thin from a high carbonation level, but the head was nice and creamy. Combined, these two elements produced a beer with a medium mouthfeel yet a short finish.
O: I really enjoyed this beer. The flavors complemented each other perfectly and the beer was easy to drink. Hoptober's aromas, flavors, and slightly higher than average ABV make it a perfect beer for the autumn season.
