A-Clear golden with a rich, bright white cap (it looks like a Pils), with nice tiny streams of bubbles. Nice lacing, too! Head diminishes after a few minutes, but watch that pour!
S-Floral grassy hops pop from the glass, leading me to think it might be a hop bomb. This ale also has white wine-like aromas.
T-Hops at first that are quickly supported by a nice tier of malt. Decent aftertaste that tells me it's food friendly. Very nice.
M-Rich at first with a light mid-palate but finishes rich, assuming that makes sense. The carbonation is nice and there is not much heat on the finish at all.
O-Highly versatile ale that I think might be enjoyable year 'round. This is worth your time and money.
