Another easy to find IPA that doesn't break the bank. New Belgium has only been in my area for the past few years and was strictly stuck on Fat Tire until I branched out. This is probably one of their better beers to me, ready to try Rampant and see what it's all about.

Had a strong metallic aftertaste. It might've been due to the keg. Lots of fruity flavors. Not bad, but I'd try something else before grab I'd grab another one.

Great use of hops. Love the citrusy bitterness from the noticeable amount of cascade and simcoe.

Surprisingly strong grapefruit aroma, strong bitterness, full body, medium complexity, very nice if you like strong IPAs; a positive surprise!

Really enjoyable beer overall, light scents of citrus with much stronger aroma of pine, very pleasent on smell. Look is of a mostly clear amber color. Definite sharp bitter initial tatse that finishes really well. Overall just a genuinely enjoyable ipa, highly recommend

Overall a very good IPA. A light taste for an IPA not too much citrus taste but enough to know what kind of beer. Not the neat of the IPAs but a simple uncomplicated beer.

A - Super clear, yellow golden color, visible carbonation, bright white head, major lacing.

S - Pine resin is front and center, with a mild citric note, lemon and honey hints. Grassy line, as well.

T - Bright resin and lemon drop, a bit of herbal, as well. Close is clean, bright, with a mild bitter bite.

M - Hop bright and crisp. Very clean.

O - A pleasant, bright IPA, with subtle fruit, and a mild malt backbone. Not extraordinary, but quite servicable.

I love Ranger. It's very drinkable and is a great IPA. The hops are smooth and has a light gold appearance. Nice white head gives this beer a refreshing aftertaste.

Clear, light gold appearance with a solid white head. Shows moderate carbonation. Pine and grapefruit aroma with the slightest hint of malt. Flavor is of piney hops with some malt. Some citrus is also present. Light - medium mouthfeel. Smooth. Moderate bitterness. Overall, A good go-to IPA. Easy drinking and satisfying.

hops hops & more hops. sheesh. dry & highly carbonated. citrusy, grapefruit-y. did I mention hops? The flavor besides hops is a bit muted, but it's there.
it is a refreshing clean beer though, I'll give it that much hops... I mean, props.
best from new belgium I've had. is that saying much?

12 oz. bottle into a Sam Adams glass. Pours a very clear golden with a thin, whispy white head of foam that quickly fades down into a film. Lots of carbonation bubbles streaming up from the bottom of the glass. Floral aroma, also noted hints of spice, citrus, orange, grapefruit, and ginger. Light weight to the mouthfeel. Quite bitter, with a prominent hop taste. Grapefruit and citrus are also present. A bit boozy for 6.5%, but drinkable. Tasted a bit thin, in terms of actual flavor. Not bad, but not that good.

A decent hop forward ipa. Just nothing that really stands out or sets it apart from other offerings out there.

Probably will not seek out, but would drink again.

Bomber on clearance at Albertson's for $2.74 ( bought 2 of them)
Full disclosure; It had an expiration date of Feb 2015 and this is March 15th

Poured a golden honey with a very large inch and a half head . At first I thought it was just my pouring that created this giant head but after pouring a few more I'm inclined to think it's a little overly carbonated. Good lacing all the way down the glass.

Nice floral smells. Everything you would want in an IPA smell

The taste is a good balance of hops, a little peppery too

It was a little too carbonated, not in the feel as much as the pour. (and this was a month past the expiration date ??!! )

Other then the carbonation A very nice IPA
