Appearance: golden, great clarity, nice layer of spongey off-white foam with good head retention
Aroma: herbal/piney/fruity hop scent (passion fruit, Braeburn apples, gooseberries); underpinning of grainy malt
Flavor: medium malt sweetness with a zesty hop flavor of grass, grapefruit rind and a hint of Omega-3; finishes fairly dry with a lingering artichoke bitterness
Mouthfeel: medium body, sparkly carbonation, crisp yet somehow creamy
Other comments: This is a great little IPA. Nicely balanced and very drinkable. Having tried the 12oz version and the 22oz, there's something a bit more flavorful in the larger one. Not sure if that's mental or if they bottle it differently.
