Acquired from TheManiacalOne so a big THANK YOU goes out to him.
Poured in to a pint glass.
A: This beer pours a clear, gorgeous copper color. A one and a half finger of sudsy, foamy head sits on top. Head retains nicely leaving clumpy sheets of lacing on the glass.
S: Nose is floral hops that are quickly dwarfed by a piney resiny note and a solid caramel malt profile.
T: Taste starts with big piney, earthy hops. Light floral notes mingle in. A strong, well blended caramel malt is balanced throughout. Fruity notes come in toward the finish, with a big orange peel note in the aftertaste.
M: Medium body, medium carbonation, somewhat thin but very oily body.
O: Goes down easy, tasty, not too filling, nice kick, good representation of style. This is a nice IPA to sit with for a while.

Appearance: Translucent gold.
Smell: Fruity--almost melony
Taste: Wallop of fruit--too fruity, almost cloyingly fruity, for my preferences, with robust bitter aftertaste.
MF: smooth with a little pucker at the end.
Overall: I won't be intentionally buying it again--If you're a big IPA fan, you probably owe it to yourself to try it, but not enough undertones or body for me.
