Clear amber color with a frothy two to three finger head (somewhere in the middle) that has great retention and lacing sticking around the glass.
The aroma is rich with citrus and pine hops. Bread and some sweet malt. Everything you would want from an American IPA!
The taste is at first dominated with a sharp pine/citrus dryness on the the tongue. Good amount of malt sweetness but the finish is dry piney hop. No problem with me!
Medium body easy to drink American IPA! The New Belgium Brewery makes an IPA that I can find in most supermarkets. Something I can count on. The price is not bad compared to most craft brews; $8.99 for a six pack is good these days.
