This IPA looks good. A light brownish color, crystal clear with a BIG soapy head. Lots of lacing is left down the side of the glass. Color could be slightly improved as could head retention.
The smell is great. Big notes of pine, citrus fruit and some berry sweetness. Nice!
Tastewise everything is amped up. Lots of hoppiness here with the taste of pine and citrus fruit.. but there's also good balance in some sweet malts.
Mouthfeel is a big part of the equation and this stuff is wonderful on the tongue. Silky smooth with a light prickly carbonation in the background.
Drinkability is good. Three's plenty to enjoy here. I think the high bitterness my stop me from having them back to back however.
