A nice, balanced IPA from New Belgium. Clear light copper, white head. Piney and citrus smell, good for the style. The taste delivers a nice hop bite with a sturdy backbone that is quite pleasant. The taste lingers and shifts, drifting between the bitter and fruity. I very solid offering from New Belgium.

Appearance: Translucent gold.
Smell: Fruity--almost melony
Taste: Wallop of fruit--too fruity, almost cloyingly fruity, for my preferences, with robust bitter aftertaste.
MF: smooth with a little pucker at the end.
Overall: I won't be intentionally buying it again--If you're a big IPA fan, you probably owe it to yourself to try it, but not enough undertones or body for me.
