Appearance: Star color with white head. Good retention and lacing. Crystal clear.
Smell: Resin, bitterness. Citrus of a grapefruit nature. Not overpower. Very neutral malt and yeast aroma.
Taste: Pretty bitter. A little tart grapefruit taste. Not much sweetness from the malt, in fact none.
Mouthfeel: Good amount of carbonation, a little of balance bitter to sweetness in this beer.
Overall: Not the best IPA on the market but this one is widely available and usually fresh when other IPAs aren't in the places I visit so it is a go to. Nothing to go out of your way for but if you are pressed for selection you can't go wrong here.
