A: Thick, frothy head. Red golden color. Good lacing on glass.
S: Sort of bready. Mostly malt sweetness. A faint hoppiness. That I'm having a sort of hard time pinning down.
T: Tastes like roasty biscuits. The malt is all bread. Not a lot of sweetness, thankfully. Earthy hops in the back of the mouth. Pleasant, but nothing too exciting.
M: Most of the bite feels like it comes from the carbonation. But it's still nice and smooth.
D: A good session beer. There's not a lot of reason to take your time with this one, however.
