A: Clear light amber, average carbonation, very thin head.
S: Fruity, tangy citrus, light bread.
T: Immediate apricot tang, mild citrus hop bitterness, clean malt with an oaty backbone. The flavors linger and meld together to fuse into what can only be described as a vaporous pie. That familiar New Belgium yeast flavor comes through just barely on the exhale.
M: Lively and sparkling but somehow more substantial that expected. Decent body, probably from the oats.
O: A very refreshing and satisfying beer on the lighter side of the spectrum. Clean, clean, and direct in its intentions to enliven your summer days. I enjoyed this one more and more with continued sips.
