Poured into a Bell's tulip on 7/28/12
A) Bright and shiny medium gold with a 2 1/2 finger cap of foam. The head doesn't hold save for a thin layer. There is, however, an impressive wall of speckled lace.
S) Clean grainy and citrus aroma. Orange, lemon, grapefruit, cracker and dusty yeast.
T) Juicy citrus leads off - lemon and tangerine. Undertones of tangy apple. Fruit aspects seem quite ripe. Lightly toasted grain and cracker. Grassy as it warms.
M) Lighter body with a moderately crisp feel. Subtle granular feel bleeds into appropriately average carbonation. Fairly clean finish.
D) Simple; pretty tasty and easy to drink.
