12 ounce bottle, poured in to a New Belgium globe.
A: Pale straw color, crystal clear, with a thin white head that quickly settles. Lacing is sticky, but does not coat the glass. Head retention is decent, although I would have preferred a bit more.
S: Very fruity up front. Almost a hint of green apple, along with some spice and citrus peel. Hops lend a floral scent on the tail end.
T: Like the smell, fruit is dominant up front. Apricot, apple, and a hint of pear leads way to coriander, and some lemon peel. Finish is dry, with a spicy, floral hop profile.
Notes: This is perhaps the cleanest brew I have tasted from New Belgium. Light in body, yet very full-flavored. This is an ideal Summer brew. Very well-balanced and very drinkable.
