A: Gorgeous golden color. Clear and a lot of carbonation. Off white head that sticks around for a while and leaves some decent lacing when taking decent sized swigs.
S: Light hop aroma of lemongrass and earthy undertones. Belgium yeast. Honey.
T: Much like the aroma, but better. Citrus (lemon) hops are the dominating flavor with temporary, and light bitterness. Grassy and earthy hop taste as well. Yeasty. Bready malts. Every so slightly grainy. Finishes clean, aside from some lingering and building sourness, though not a bad thing at all. Extremely well balanced.
M: Medium-Light and refreshing with some zing from the carbonation.
This is one of the best beers to drink on a hot day when your mouth is dry. Once you pop it open, you just can't stop drinking it. Easily sessionable, especially at 5.2%. Perfect summer brew. Gets high marks for a great tasting and supremely balanced beer.
