Poured from a 22oz bottle into a tulip glass. This pours a golden color with a decent white head which leaves a lacing. The smells are a little light, belgian yeast esters, apples, pear, malts. The feel is medium to perhaps a little thin. The taste is okay, a little light, but some mild bitterness, sweetness, apple, malts, the higher alcohol is well covered.

Had on tap at Max's (from notes)
A: Copper with light lacing.
S: Lots of yeast and farmhouse scents. Wet blanket.
T: A bit of funk with subtle citrus but mostly farmhouse. Subdued odd earthy flavors/aftertaste.
M: Nice and prickly. Coarse bubbly.
O: I think the earthiness came from the prickly pear.
